Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
