Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
  • Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
