Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Stock merchandise, maintain product displays, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
