Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating a cash register, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and store management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Follow company policies and procedures accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
