Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the store operations, you will enhance the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, provide feedback on products, and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures, ensure data security, and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma preferred, with prior retail experience.
