Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking products and ensuring merchandise displays are attractive.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts, report product issues, and uphold cash policies to minimize discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling various store equipment.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work both independently and in a team setting.
