Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our store operations, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stocking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and ensure neatly stocked shelves.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently or in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
