Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance and enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
  • Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
  • Stock shelves and provide outstanding customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
  • Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
  • Comply with company procedures and policies

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
