Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
  • Monitor inventory, follow cash policies, and uphold company procedures
  • Perform store inventory counts and handle products with care

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
  • Capable of interpreting and following company policies and procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous retail experience is a plus
