Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. competencies and professional skills.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and cash handling.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
- Capable of performing physical tasks and general cleaning duties.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
