Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's overall appearance is well-maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and follow store policies and procedures.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply for this role.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
