Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the dynamic team at ALDI. As a store associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the store maintains its pristine appearance.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and neatly stock shelves.
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on inventory, product issues, and any other concerns.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Proficient in cash register operation and customer service.
  • Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
