Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Stock shelves, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Follow cash policies, minimize losses, and comply with company procedures.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies and procedures.
