Job Description

Fairview Dental Care is seeking a Dental Assistant to join their Hygiene Team. This full-time position offers a $5000 Sign-on Bonus and a work schedule of Monday to Thursday, with NO evenings or weekends required. Occasional half-day on Fridays is expected. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support as a valued member of the patient care team.
  • Deliver best-in-class dental hygiene services with support from a mentorship program and educational resources.
  • Utilize top-quality supplies and labs to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current or soon-to-be licensed dental hygienist in Missouri with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
  • Proficient in dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous clinical experience is beneficial.
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development of clinical skills to meet patient needs.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds.
  • Availability for periodic virtual or in-person training sessions.
