Physical Therapist Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
- Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
- Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments, provide direct patient care, and assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
- Proficient in EMR documentation.
- Hold a CPR Certification.
