We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join VASA Fitness as the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members by maximizing STUDIO and Group Fitness usage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Maximize STUDIO and Group Fitness usage by achieving financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure exceptional member experience through high-energy classes that motivate and create a sense of community.
• Train, coach, and support ongoing instructor development to uphold VASA's core values.
• Deliver top-notch member care by promptly addressing member needs and concerns.
