Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Maximize studio and group fitness usage by creating competitive and convenient class schedules.
- Ensure all financial targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences through high-energy classes that inspire and create community.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support for instructor development.
- Promptly address member needs and concerns to ensure excellent customer service.
