Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth through training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
- Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members for improved performance.
- Identify training needs and opportunities to support team development.

- Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback to maintain market position.
- Supervise inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies.
- Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels through effective merchandising.
- Assist in achieving budget goals, conducting inventory counts, and training new employees.
- Address operational issues and customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- 18 years or older to apply.

- Experience in retail management preferred.
