Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, optimizing overall store performance, developing operational plans, and fostering team growth through training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise daily operations and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Prior retail experience with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• Prior management experience is advantageous.
