Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store operations, developing action plans for improved performance, and fostering a positive team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product freshness, and proper signage.
• Supervise store personnel and escalate issues when necessary.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
