Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational concerns.
  • Support inventory procedures and follow cash-handling policies to prevent losses.
  • Adhere to company policies, prioritize data security, and fulfill assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in courteous customer service and cash register operation.
  • Able to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties according to standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
  • Meet local requirements for alcohol sales.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience relevant to the role.
