Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI and be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. As a crucial member of our team, you'll collaborate with colleagues, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Offer feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for alcohol handling and sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
