Part Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at ALDI as Cashiers/Stockers on a part-time basis. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and ensure a seamless checkout experience. Stockers play a vital role in maintaining our stores by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment.

Responsibilities

Common Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Participate in store inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines for attractive displays.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
