We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by handling various tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise products efficiently and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling procedures and comply with company policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols.
• Complete any other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
