Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Handle customer purchases, stock shelves, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback on products and store operations.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
