Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed by ALDI.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team environment, and multitask efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
