We are looking for a full-time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
