Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies
• Operate cash registers and equipment accurately

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
