Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your role will focus on enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring document security
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment
- Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
