Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
