Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and teamwork.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and provide excellent customer service
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and handling products

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
