Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members will contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
- Follow company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
- Capability to perform cleaning duties to company standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
