Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean shopping environment. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and teamwork with the ALDI staff will enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support customers during their shopping journey
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Offer feedback to management on product quality, inventory, and other operational aspects
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with company policies and maintain document security
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficiency in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately
• Capacity to use store equipment safely and efficiently
• Experience in retail operations is advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Meet state and local regulations for alcohol sales and handling

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
