Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a neat shopping environment
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory
• Operate cash registers efficiently and follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
