Full-Time Store Associate (32-40 hours per week)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the appearance of the store, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and efficient shopping environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
