Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate working 32-40 hours per week. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACTS Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Efficient cash register operation and customer service skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
