Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays with attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate feedback to the management team.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
