Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
