We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintains a clean environment for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness within the store.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting with shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
