Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and cash handling
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient cash register operation
• Safe equipment operation
• General cleaning abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience a plus
