Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. values consistently
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Provide feedback on products and inventory management
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
