Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, stocking, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and monitor inventory levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
