Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate, contributing to a positive customer experience by ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cashier, and maintain the store's cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time (32-40 hours per week)
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products on shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data security
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Capability to follow company policies and procedures accurately
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
