Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to ensure efficient store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support customers during their shopping experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Assist in inventory management and adherence to cash policies.
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Meet all state and local requirements for handling and selling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
