Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
- Assist customers in their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
- Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document confidentiality
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Proficiency in cash register operation and equipment handling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
