Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
