Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members will enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and process improvements
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and maintain security and confidentiality
• Other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and prioritize tasks
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
