Full Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies
• Follow established company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
