Full-Time Store Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by executing various in-store duties such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers during their shopping experience and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and handle cash transactions following company policies.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• Combination of education and experience is acceptable.
