Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full Time Store Associate and contribute to ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandised, and provides exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain high standards and deliver a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain neat merchandise displays and shelves, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management activities and follow cash policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and safely handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
