Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, assists customers with their shopping needs, and provides exceptional customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with the Aldi team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
